The objective of this task is to facilitate and execute a 24-36 hour, full scale, multi-agency, all-hazards collective training exercise in Anchorage, Alaska from 2 July-7 August 2020. This will entail two separate events, the CTE in July and the TPE in August. This exercise will create an environment to exercise the mission essential tasks outlined in the current Combined Armed Training Strategy (CATS) Civil Support Team Mission Essential Tasks dated 5 June 2019, the Local and Federal Emergency Response Plans, and Emergency Response Plans from each agency participating in the exercise. This exercise involves members from the Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Response Enterprise, Federal, State and Local First Responders.
