I’m working on our response for solicitation number W91ZLK-20-Q-0070. Would you happen to have the part numbers for the items requested? Answer 1. I attached a document with the part numbers. Question 2. Agilent already has government pricing set up for all Agilent brand name products. Would it be possible for you to provide the Agilent product numbers and quantities for the Agilent items, if a quotation is required. Answer 2. Part numbers attached. The quantities should be 1 of each. This is a list of all the items that can be ordered and we put a total dollar NTE value on this contract. I can order as many of each up to the cap of $50,000. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0070 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-07 (August 31, 2020). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Public Health Command(PHC) for Brand Name Laboratory Non-Chemical Consumable Supplies. See below for the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Specifications. EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: Vendors shall be evaluated based on the proposals that are the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This solicitation is full and open competition , The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334516 the Business Size Standard is 1000 Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed. Requirement: The provision at FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process described in FAR 15.101-2 will be used, meaning the award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the Contractor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. In order to be considered technically acceptable, Contractor responses must provide: a. Information in enough detail to show that the Contractor is able to meet the requirements. b. Point of contact name and contact information, company CAGE code, DUNS number, and TIN. Partial quotes will not be evaluated by the Government.
