This is a sources sought only to determine vendor capability of provided all services described in the attached Performance Work Statements (PWS). The Government is contemplating a non-personal services contract in support of the Religious Support Office (RSO) located at the USAG - Stuttgart, Germany. The anticipated period of performance is one base year and three (3) 12-month option periods. Attached the draft PWS that contain information regarding the services required for the RSO. This draft, unofficial PWS documents will be revised, reviewed, and consolidated prior to solicitation. Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal instrumentalist services required to support the activities of the USAG Stuttgart RSO in the performance of its mission. The contractor shall facilitate the communal, public worship life enhancing full and active participation of the assembly/congregation through provision of musical environment for Liturgical, Contemporary, Gospel, Traditional, Chapel Next and Catholic worship services, in collaboration with Military Chaplain, Chaplain Staff, Religious Affairs Specialists, and Civilian workforce Chapel Worship Services provide and ensure the free exercise of religion for Soldiers, their family members, Department of Defense civilians, and other authorized personnel in the military community. Music is a crucial part of worship elements and plays an important role in enhancing the worship experience of participants. The Government is requesting those interested in submitting a quote for this requirement to email Elena Gifford at elena.v.gifford.civ@mail.mil as soon as possible, but no later than 5 May 2021. The interest email is not binding and will not require the vendor to submit a quote once the solicitation is posted. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
