The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Automatic Door Inspections, Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance , and Repair as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Automatic Door Installation, Inspections, Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Repair on Automatic Door Systems at Arlington National Cemetery. The Contractor shall also provide Emergency Maintenance Services Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays. The contractor shall purchase and install seven (7) new dual swing doors for the entrances and shall upgrade one (1) single door for the Multi-purpose Room in the Welcome Center building to meet the egress requirement and acoustical separation.
