The United States Army Garrison-Fort Lee (USAG-FL) requires vendor support to provide a multifunctional device (MFD) three month bridge contract and on-site technical assistance from 1 October 2022 through 31 December 2022. The contractor shall provide Two Hundred Ninety Three (293) multifunctional devices (MFDs) and services for each location at Fort Lee, Virginia as identified in Technical Exhibits 1-3, in accordance with the requirements specified in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide a flat rate per month, per band, costing for services which include providing all labor, management, consumable supplies excluding paper, including staples for use in MFDs offered to meet stapling requirements, parts, maintenance, and delivery. The MFDs provided must be capable of producing within the volume and specification requirements as specified herein without exceeding equipment capability.
