Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) 2825 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, OH. 43235 Solicitation# W91364-23-Q-0001 Catered Meals The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals on the following dates: 18-20 November 2022 The meals will need to be delivered to: Camp Perry Dining Hall 1804 St. Rt. 2 and OH- 358 Port Clinton, OH. 43452 Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes must include sufficient information (i.e., menus, licenses, and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00 This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price that meets the requirements set forth in the PWS. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 10:00am 09 November 2022 (EST). You may submit your quotes to the Contract Specialist by email at rachel.a.oglesbee.civ@army.mil Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please ensure that your proposals include sam.gov cage code and accurate POC information. Please see attached PWS and solicitation detailed information. Offers are due no later than 10:00am EST on 9 November 2022. Questions are due no later than 4:00pm EST on 4 November 2022.
