The required response date has also been extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0038 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380, Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $16,500,000.00. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for laboratory support for an Installation Technology Transition Program demonstration at Fort Leonard Wood. The demonstration involves testing of a TPX-HL for its ability to resist fungal defacement and destroy airborne volatile organic compounds in an Army barrack environment. This procurement will require extensive biological and air sampling and analysis. A testing laboratory capable of performing three specialized types of testing is required. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
