Far East District (POF) is considering Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC), IDIQ, Cost Estimating Services for the ROK In-Kind Program Construction Contracts. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the cost estimating services as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall possess the appropriate certifications, proprietary tools, and expertise to perform work to the standards required in this PWS. Services include three (3) submittals for each separate design project: Initial MND Estimate (90% design complete); Back-Check MND Estimate (95% design complete); and Contract MND Documents (100% contract document).
