The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, Bench stock materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to overhaul and provide pre-function testing and start-up procedures for three chillers. The contractor shall disassemble and clean each component of the Motor and Compressor before installing new government provided parts .The Contractor shall then perform and document the required tasks found in Operations and Maintenance Manual on all three chillers.
