The contractor shall provide one (1) Under Bridge Access Equipment (UB), and Operators per the schedule. The UB Equipment shall be provided for use by the Army Corps of Engineers at the locations below for the inspection of two tower access bridges. The contractor shall bid and supply the UB, operators for the top side and basket. The UB equipment shall be a standard industry aerial lift. All materials, equipment, and parts comprising the rental units herein, shall be in good working order, free from all defects or imperfections effecting performance.
