The contractor shall furnish tools, supplies, equipment, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control necessary to pump water out of the stilling basin as part of the dewatering activities and maintain a 1 day dewatered condition at specified levels for fish removal and conduit inspection at Rough River Lake stilling basin located in the Rough River Lake Tail Waters in Grayson County KY. Due to unpredictable water levels and weather conditions, the period of performance will be sixteen (16) months form the date of award. Site Visits – Site Visits are by appointment only.
