The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the contract. The contractor shall rehab the three (3) Clarence J Brown relief wells located on the south side of the Clarence J Brown southern leg. The three wells should be mechanically cleaned of all blockages. Any forced water should be injected at a high enough rate to overflow the wells. The PSI of the any water pressure should be high enough to scour the wood in the relief wells. The relief wells should be chemically treated to remove any mineralization and encrustation built up the full length of the relief wells. Any and all liquids used shall be pumped out and treated in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). A step-drawdown pumping test should be performed pre and post rehabilitation to gauge the efficiency and to set a baseline for the three wells performance. The performance report will be provided to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
