This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to JW Manny pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NY National Guard intends on awarding services for the moving of newly purchased hearing booth from the same vendor to a new location within the NYARNG. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to Christine.i.campbell.civ@mail.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received by the closing date of this solicitation, shall be considered by the USPFO-NY.
