The contract includes the Repair of Railroad Facilities, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community including the repair of tracks, bridges, culverts, ramps, switches, track gates, buffers, signaling facilities, technically protected and unprotected railroad crossings as well as facilities in accordance with the railroad signal regulations in Tower Barracks (Grafenwöhr) and Rose Barracks (Vilseck). 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed Amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 5,000,000.00. 3. Contract Period: 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2031 4. Thirty (10) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. The solicitation will be issued on this web site approximately on 15 January 2026 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 17 February 2026 (dates can be sooner or later). Paper copies will not be available. 6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 7.
