ONLY OFFERORS WHO ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov) AT THE TIME OF THE OFFER MAY BE AWARDED A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS RFQ. Payment for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Vendors shall be registered in WAWF before they could submit an invoice. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
