Moss Landing Bid Abstract posted on September 21, 2020. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Solicitation - Amendment 0002 was published on September 9, 2020, the bid open date has been postponed. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Solicitation - Amendment 0001 was published on September 1, 2020. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Moss Landing Harbor to -15-ft (MLLW) with 1-ft of allowable paid over-depth. The Material dredged from the Moss Landing Harbor Reach 1 Channel shall be placed at the aquatic disposal site (SF-12) or at a permitted Contractor furnished upland site at Contractor's expense. The Material dredged from the Moss Landing Harbor Reach 2 Channel shall be placed at the aquatic disposal site (SF-12) only. The solicitation will be available on/about 12 August 2020, for Viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about 11 September 2020/12:00 p.m. PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.Sam.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.Sam.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.Sam.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov (www.sam.gov.) before accessing the IFB documents. To register, click on the Register Now button in the Vendors Block and follow the instructions. The following information will be required: SAM System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); DUNS Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and E-mail Address.
