PROJECT DESCIRPTION: The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, and equipment to install permanent horizontal lifeline systems at Old Hickory Power Plant Project along upstream and downstream sides of the 275-ton overhead bridge crane. The horizontal lifeline shall accommodate four persons at a time. Product shall be equal to the Xenon fall protection system as manufactured by Miller / Honeywell Safety or approved equal. The system includes, but not be limited to, D-bolt anchors, shock absorbers, swageless cable fittings, intermediate support brackets, cable clips, thimble, anchor shackle, and fasteners. DELIVERY DATE: 30 calendar days after notice of award.TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside.
