DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside that shall furnish all transportation, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial services at the Center Hill Resident Construction Office in Lancaster, Tennessee. 2. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract 3. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the lowest priced offeror who is found to be responsible. Quote must meet or exceed the statement of work to be considered for award. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The base period of performance for CLIN 0001 is 3 January 2022 through 2 July 2022. The period of performance for option CLIN 1001 is 3 July 2022 through 2 January 2023. 5.
