The South Dakota Army National Guard along with the Recruitment and Retention Battalion has a requirement for an Indefinite Quantity of Printed T-shirts. The award will be for a Firm Fixed Price with a “Not to Exceed” dollar amount. The period of performance will be one base year and four option years. The government is not obligated to exercise any option year. The decision to exercise will be based off of the government needs and what is in the best interest of the government. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Sample T-Shirt must be delivered by closing date. If the sample needs to be returned the vendor must provide a returning box/envelope/pak plus the included pre-paid postage label.
