This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-22-Q-1103, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01, effective 12/06/2021. This acquisition is being solicited unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Basis for award is Price. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to the contractor whose quote, conforming to the requirements of this solicitation, represents the lowest priced items meeting the minimum specifications identified in the purchase description (PD). The Government intends to make a single award in response to this solicitation. Contractor shall provide the ForceMate Bushing Kit in accordance with the attached PD (attachment 1). Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) with required quantities and units of issue are as follows: CLIN 0001, ForceMate Bushing Kit (FTI-411/718-H60-3RK), 1 Each CLIN 0002, Shipping/Freight, 1 Each Quote for CLIN 0001 shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, taxes, fees, and associated services required to provide the items described within the purchase description. Furthermore, CLIN 0001 requires an Item Unique Identification label per DFARS Clause 252.211-7003 – Item Unique Identification and Valuation. Quote for CLIN 0002 shall be firm fixed price (FFP). If shipping/freight price is $250.00 or more the contractor shall submit their original shipping invoice or GBL/CBL and the invoice(s) for the supplies in accordance with the invoicing instructions outlined within DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 – Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. Attachment 3, Vendor Information and Pricing Tables 2. Warranty Information for each item quoted, to include instructions for obtaining warranty repair and replacements. Quote is due no later than January 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local (central) time. Offeror shall submit quote to Dan Collins, Contract Specialist, via email at daniel.w.collins.mil@army.mil. Facsimile delivered quote will not be accepted. Regardless of how quote is delivered, the Offeror is responsible for following up to ensure quote is received by the due date and time. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email (no questions will be accepted by phone) to the aforementioned email no later than January 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local (central) time to allow time to research the question and provide an answer prior to the closing date and time. The Government will answer questions to clarify the Government’s requirements, but will not answer questions related to an Offeror’s specific quote information. All questions and their answers will be recorded on a consolidated Question and Answer document and posted to Contract Opportunities on a non-attribution basis. Offeror shall monitor Contract Opportunities frequently for updated Question and Answer documents, as no other notifications will be provided.
