This is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation. The Colorado Army National Guard intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with Aerial machine and Tool Corporation for sustainmnet parts for the Portable Helicopter Oxygen Delivery Systems (PHODS). The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase sustainment and repair parts to ensure aircrew and aircraft safety in accordance with the approved Air Worthiness Reports and AR 95-1. See attached J&A.
