This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9004 as an RFQ. 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 - Leadership Development Service 4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully. 6) Quotes shall include the following: Company Name Street Address City, State, and Zip CAGE Code UEI Discount Terms 8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government. 9) Questions can be submitted to the KO until 12 June 2025. They will be consolidated, answered and posted on a word document to this solicitation no later than close of business on 16 June 2025. Any changes to the requirement via the Performance Work Statement shall also occur at this time on 16 June 2025. 10) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 23 June 2025.
