WVNG has identified a requirement to install a film/screen/tint product onto select exterior windows of the operations building on Camp Dawson. The Camp Dawson Operations has 5,850 sqft of exterior glass in need of film/screen/tint and/or RF Shielding to increase security. A hallway (see Attachment A) will require a window screen/tint/film that obscures view and observation of personnel moving in the hallway and adjacent rooms. The product can be exterior or interior. Roughly 1,800 sqft. of glass will require this product. The Second distinct application, will consist of the placing a screen/tint/film on the perimeter windows of the classroom wing of the operations building (see Attachment A). This covers about 4,056 Sqft. The product used will be required to meet the TEMPEST requirements for the intelligence community directive ICD 705. This product will also be required obscure observation of the classrooms from the exterior.
