This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Kentucky Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office located at 120 Minuteman Parkway, Frankfort, KY 40601-6192, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for materials prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561320. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price Single Award contract. Vendors interested in responding to this proposal must submit their proposals utilizing the attached solicitation. Pricing will be entered onto the continuation sheet corresponding to item number. Please provide unit price and total amount when responding. Note: This price shall be inclusive of all work, travel, equipment, etc to complete the obligation. All Offerors are required to contact the location to find and comply with any COVID restriction or requirements prior to the time of performance. Please include your company CAGE Code with your proposal. Proposals will only be received electronically or by USPS (Do not FAX proposals).
