Amendment 4 Delete Paragraph 2.0.7 and replace as follows: 2.0.7 (Amendment 4) Based on TB MED 530, the Government estimates that food preparation conducted at the contractor’s establishment must occur within a 60 mile radius of 10901 Notchcliff Road, Glen Arm, MD 21057. This allows for transfer of contractor food to the delivery address of 10901 Notchcliff Road, Glen Arm,, MD 21043 to meet delivery food temperatures as per TB Med 530 and common commercial ServSafe standards. Amendment 3 for W912K6-20-Q-0015 Catered Meals Below are some questions we are answering for clarification: 1. At 1.4.3 - For lunch/dinner from 3-5pm, are you wanting us to provide a lunch menu or dinner menu? Answer - Dinner 2. In regards to clean up; are you wanting us to clean up just the buffet area only or would you like us to clean up all the dining area tables, etc.? Answer - The government will clean the facility after each meal (Para 1.3.5). Vendor to provide food and accessories per the SOW. 3. On the February calendar, it states 4-14 February will be at 1 and 18-28 February will be at 2 Can you please clarify what that means? Answer - That information was for internal administration only, please ignore. 4. Are you needing servers to serve the food or will they go through a buffet line and take their own food? Answer - Self-service buffet style only, no servers. 5. There are menus for 20 days but the calendar only lists 18 days? Answer - The menus are for SAMPLE purposes only to aid in varying your meals. The event is for 18 days only. 6. What types of beverages are you requesting? Answer - Coffee, tea (iced and Hot), soft drinks, bottled water, milk (white and chocolate). 7. From the Scope of Work at 1.2, the last line is deleted. (The MDARNG Daily menu............) Amendment 2 for W912K6-20-Q-0015 Catered Meals 1. The number of required meals was miscalculated. The corrected numbers are 900 breakfasts, and 900 Dinners. 2. There is NOT a prepared menu list. Vendors should use pricing from their regular menu items. 3. As a SAMPLE ONLY, the standard Army 20 day menu is attached to aid in varying your meals, after award. Amendment 1 – 2 items: 1. The corrected solicitation number is – W912K6-20-Q-0015. 2. Answers to questions; a. This is a new requirement. b. The selected contractor is required to prepare meals off-site and then deliver and set-up. c. Purpose: Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) proposes to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to procure prepared food meals for 50 soldiers for each meal for Company B, 2-20th Special Force Group. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and under Far 13.106. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-20-Q-0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract.
