This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JC-23-R-0001 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 effective 28 October 2022 and DFARS Change Notices 10/28/2022. This acquisition is utilizing NAICS code 811412 Appliances Repair and Maintenance with the small business size standard being $16.5M. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. The Government intends to issue an award for commercial kitchen equipment preventive maintenance/repair service for the Kansas National Guard as set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The award will be for a one-time service to be completed within the period of 01 JAN 2023 thru 01 May 2023. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as of the date that quotes are due. Offerors must maintain a current registration in SAM to be eligible for disbursement of payments. Offerors shall ensure all representations and certifications are current in SAM as a condition of award. ALL QUESTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND ARE DUE BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON 23 DECEMBER 2022.
