This is a services contract to provide lodging, food and conference facilities to support 60 youth attendees for each iteration. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract services providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in run is responsible to the government. The period of performance is Wednesday June 22nd to Saturday June 25th, 2022.
