This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ26RA002 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) with intent to make more than one award if acceptable offers are available. However, the Government reserves the right to award to only a single offeror. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This requirement is set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541370 for Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for Water Sediment Operations and Sampling Services.
