Amendment 002 is being issued to extend the response date to 29 December 2022. Amendment 0002, a Revised Base PWS, a Revised Task Order PWS (Attachment B) and Question and Answer document has been added. Amendment 001 is being issued to extend the response date to 16 December 2022. A separate amendment will be issued to include questions and answers the week of 04 December 2022. The U.S. Army Research and Development Center (ERDC) has a need to procure Information Technology Services to support the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), located in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Solicitation Number W912HZ23R0002 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent to award as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The presolicitation notice was posted under notice ID Number W912HZ22R0006. The contract will include computer facilities management services and related support services for its mission-critical activities. Performance objectives for this requirement are: Network Management, Computing, Cloud Computing, and Visual Information Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and services necessary to provide these services for the ERDC ITL. A detailed Performance Work Statement is included in the attached RFP. This procurement is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541513 with a size standard of $30,000,000.00.
