The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) requires commercial sources for the procurement of Electrical Supplies in order to accomplish their mission in supporting the ERDC Laboratories. ERDC intends to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) in order to facilitate the procurement of these supplies. A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), the If and when requested, the vendor shall provide Electrical Supplies which may include, but are not limited to: Boxes, conduit, connectors, distribution equipment, controls and signaling, video-audio, lighting, security, motors and controls, utility pole and pole line hardware, wire and cables, relays, tools, fasteners, transformers, sensors and heating/ventilation items. Delivery for ordered Electrical Supplies shall be FOB Destination. Anticipated delivery locations are ERDC Vicksburg, 3909 Hall Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180; Fort Polk, LA; ERDC Champaign, Champaign, IL 61822; and ERDC CRREL, Hanover, NH, 03755.
