No quotes are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers– Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services as described in the attached draft PWS. The proposed contract is expected to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a period of performance consisting of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. This is a follow-on requirement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The incumbent, Intuitive Sign Language Services LLC (CAGE Code: 6UXB6), is currently providing these services under purchase order W912HQ17P0001, which expires on 28 October 2021. Interested Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) with NAICS code 541930, “Translation and Interpretation Services”, are encouraged to submit a capability package. However, any interested vendors that believe they are capable of performing the effort may also submit a capability package. The capability packages for this sources sought market survey are not expected to be quotes, but rather statements regarding the company’s existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the attached document. It is asked that interested parties respond to this sources sought synopsis with the following information: Organization name and CAGE code Socioeconomic Status A brief description of your company Describe your company’s ability and experience in providing same or similar requirements as described in the attached draft PWS. Describe your company’s ability and resources to support 51% or more of this requirement as the prime contractor. Any questions/suggestions related to the draft PWS to assist in clarifying this requirement.
