Mobile Harbor Marine Transport The Contractor shall provide a floating barge capable of transporting drilling equipment, supplies and support equipment to and from the mainland in Mobile Alabama to Little Sand Island located in the northern part of the Mobile Harbor. The vessel shall be fully manned and capable of supporting loading and unloading of equipment. The contractor shall be responsible for securing all equipment to the vessel for safe transport. The Contractor will supply adequate dock space to load and unload necessary supplies on the mainland. The Contractor shall also provide storage of vehicles which consist of two semi-truck/trailers combos during the duration of the project. The project is estimated to last for 5 days once all equipment has been transported to Little Sand Island. The government will provide its own daily transportation of personnel.
