AMENDMENT 1 POSTED 7/24/2024 - Updated SOW paragraph 2 "Laboratory and Personnel Requirements," FAR clause 52.216-19, and the Price Schedule. The Contractor will be required to perform a variety of laboratory testing on samples provided by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP). The samples will include jar samples and undisturbed tube samples (5-inch or 3-inch samples). Samples may also include bag or bucket samples, which are typically collected for density testing or for tests on reconstituted (i.e. laboratory compacted) samples. Each sample will include information pertaining to its soil boring number, sample number, depth and location. The tests and ASTM standards are in Table 1 of the solicitation. All laboratory testing facilities shall be validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Research and Development Center’s Material Testing Center (MTC) to ensure compliance with Engineering Regulations 1110-1-8100 (Laboratory Investigations and Testing) and 1110-1-261 (Quality Assurance of Laboratory Testing Procedures). Please include the address of ALL ERDC MTC certified labs operated by your firm, located within the St. Paul District geographic territory (portions of MN, WI, ND, SD, IA) in your offer. Offeror must have a lab within 50 miles of the USACE St. Paul District Office to be considered for award. This IDIQ contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price, Technically Accpetable basis.
