The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – St. Paul District is seeking to enter into Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with multiple contractors for the inspection, testing, and certification of Load Handling Equipment (LHE), for the Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District Area of Responsibility. The work and services covered by the agreement shall consist of furnishing all Certified Inspectors, materials, supplies, practical testing equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide services.
