All questions regarding this Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation should be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact(s) indicated below. Construction Project: Pre-solicitation Notice Number: W912DW25B0008. The solicitation is expected to be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 01 Aug 2025. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price. FY25 Everett Hydraulic Dredging Project Details: Seattle District requires hydraulic dredging of the Snohomish River Federal Navigation Channel Project and maintenance dredging by the U.S. The work includes approximately190,000 Cubic yards (CY) of material from two sections of the Snohomish River Federal Navigation Channel (Sta. 337+07 to Sta. 354+47 and Sta. 65+00 to Sta. 78+00). The material will be dredged by a hydraulic pipeline dredge and placed in Parcel “O” and Jetty Island. Dredging must be occurred within the in-water work window of 16 OCT 2025 through 14 FEB 20 The Everett Harbor and Snohomish River is located on the west coast of Puget Sound in Everett, Washington. The mouth of the Snohomish River is about 30 miles north of Seattle Washington. The federally authorized navigation channel is 7 miles long. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the associated small business size standard is $37,000,000 in average annual receipts.
