The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support, the requirement for the following: Work Includes: Refuse Collection and Disposal services consisting of furnishing all personnel, equipment, dumpsters, fuel, transportation, permits, and materials necessary to remove and properly dispose of refuse from parks and recreation areas, administrative areas and powerhouse at Stockton Lake Project, Stockton, Missouri. The anticipated contract will be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. See attachment for submission requirements.
