The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, management, labor, supervision, training, and transportation to provide complete shredder services for Bassett Army Community Hospital, Ft Wainwright, AK. This is a service contract to provide shredding services of HIPAA/ Confidential Documentation and document content included in the organization Critical Information List to DOD standards. 1.2. The Contractor shall provide Bassett Army Community Hospital with 90 (64 Gallon) slotted collection totes with lock hasps installed for the secure collection of documents. Bassett Army Community Hospital will provide the locks for said totes. The contractor shall provide mobile document destruction services at the Medical Supply Warehouse, BLDG 3567 Neely Road Fort Wainwright, Alaska in the presence of at a minimum of One (1) Medical Supply staff member. 1.2.1 Service will be required on an “AS NEEDED BASIS”. The contractor will be contacted by a designated Point of Contact to arrange Date and Time of services to be rendered. The contractor will collect bins and shred the documents “ON SITE”. Documents will not be transport to another location for shredding purposes.
