This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01. The resulting contract from this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. One award will be made from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation for criteria for award selection. Rental of 40' Refrigerated trailers in accordance with Attachment 1 - ELIN sheet inside of the highlighted area’s of Attachment 2 - General Location Map is needed on a indefinite quantity contract. Task Orders will be used from this award, if need, for requirements throughout the year in the manner presented in Contract Data selection of W912D025R0005.
