This serves as the USG’s publication for a Sources Sought/Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Requirements Contract with a five year ordering period starting 01 Jan 2023-31 Dec 2027. Task orders will be placed under the requirements contract under DODAAC W912CN during the five year ordering period with Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC) in Saipan in support of the 9th MSC Army footprint in Saipan. This Requirements Contract will be made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. DFARS PGI 206.302-1 and FAR 41.201(d) and (e). Interested parties shall forward their inquiries to Martin A.
