This is a sources-sought announcement only, for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. All responses will be used for market analysis in determining the availability of potential qualified SMALL BUSINESS FURNITURE MANUFACTURERS, which may be used to determine appropriate acquisition strategy. No solicitation is being issued at this time, The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, in support of Army installations on the Island of Oahu, is seeking commercial sources to provide all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to provide system furniture to various Army installations on the Island of O'ahu. Examples and estimated needs: - workstation (cubicle partitions, desks, chairs and storage) 10 - 120 - workstation (lateral / console/ single/double) 10 - 100 - tables (conference, end/lamp, general work-type) 5-10 - chairs (task, side. Conference) 10 - 200 - storage cabinets 40-50 The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for this type of requirement is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing, the size standard for which is 500 employees. Responses from interested parties are requested to include a brief description of company business size (i.e., annual revenues, average number of employees) and business status (Small Business, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.). The Government will use the information in making its small business set-aside decisions.
