This acquisition is being solicited under Request for Proposal (RFP) W912C325RA009 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $9 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for an AC Duct Cleaning Service that includes cleaning, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of all ductwork systems across various buildings. Work may include electrical, masonry, painting, sign work, HVAC work, minor roofing, metalwork, demolition and other trades that relate to the maintenance and repair of the ductwork on the real property facilities at, Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The solicitation W912C325RA009 will be available on or about 4 August 2025 with a closing date of or about 1 September 2025 (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov.
