Amendment 3 1. Updates Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements, that required the NIST score for off ers to be considered responsive. Instead, NIST scores are a responsibility item. Those w w ithout a NIST score w ill be considered for aw ard; how ever, NIST scores w ill be required prior to contract award. 2. The solicitation w ill close on 22 Nov 2021 at 2:00PM. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged by this amendment. Amendment 2 1. Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to add DFARS 252.204-7020, Bidders Inquiry Key to instructions to Offerors, and map and hydrant assembly photos (see attachments 1, 2 and 3) RFQ due date remains unchanged. 2. RFP due date remains unchanged. Bluff Landing PUA Waterline Installation Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel and various materials to excavate, including road boring and provide and install approximately 5,300 feet of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) waterlines of various sizes, including, frost free hydrants, valve boxes, brass valves and water regulator within the Bluff Landing Recreational Area, Wagoner County, Oklahoma. Work includes all aspects of the removal of existing water hydrants, valve boxes and the installation of new waterline, valves, valve boxes and hydrants. All aspects of the work must comply with all state and local codes. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to locate all existing underground utilities prior to any excavation activities. Contractor shall make a connection to the existing water supply and shall test all sections installed prior to back filling.
