No solici... Notice of Intent to Increase Capacity of Previously Awarded Small Business Architect-Engineer (A-E) MATOC for Master Planning Services. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. No solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District (SWT), hereby provides notice of its intent to award modifications to increase the contract ceiling of the current FY19 Small Business A-E MATOC for Master Planning Services for Projects within the Geographic Boundaries of the Southwestern Division (SWD) and Projects Assigned to the Southwestern Division by $15 million, from $25.2 million to $40.2 million using other than full and open competition, on the basis of the circumstances identified in 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (formerly 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), which was reorganized effective January 1, 2022) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The limited source increase in capacity of the contract ceiling ensures continued execution of customer requirements though 30 September 2022. The current A-E Contracts/Contract holders are W912BV19D0004, The Urban Collaborative, LLC Master Planning, Urban Design, and Architecture; W912BV19D0005, HB&A – The Schreifer Group Joint Venture; and W912BV19D0006, Onyx of Alexandria, Inc. and the Contracts were awarded on 22 March 2019. In the near future, SWT is planning an acquisition to solicit and award a MATOC with multiple A-E Indefinite Delivery Contracts to provide Master Planning Services under North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 541320 Landscape Architectural Services, Product or Service Code C211 Architect and Engineering – General: Landscaping, Interior Layout, and Designing. This is not a formal solicitation or request for proposal. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government’s intent to make limited source modifications to the existing Small Business MATOC A-E contracts.
