The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to construct a lagoon, and provide and install (2) two 1000-gallon septic tank systems in accordance with these specifications. Construction shall be made in accordance with Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) regulations.
