This is a non-personal services agreement to provide services to inspect and service for a five year period both elevators at the Oahe Project in the Powerhouse. One of the elevators is an Alimak elevator located in the Surge Tank Structure of the Oahe Powerhouse. The elevator is a Linden Alimak Mini-Scando 4/9 rack and pinion passenger elevator rated at 900 pounds. The second elevator is a Hollister-Whitney MCE elevator rated at 4,000 pounds. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the agreement service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
