This is a services contract to provide Janitorial Services, within the area of responsibility of the Dardanelle Powerhouse. Services include but are not limited to all janitorial services necessary to maintain the Dardanelle Powerhouse. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.
