The intent of this contract is to provide janitorial services at Greers Ferry Powerhouse, Greers Ferry Project Office and William Carl Garner Visitor Center near Greers Ferry Lake. Services include but are not limited to restroom cleaning, facilities cleaning, grounds policing, and solid waste removal. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.
