Solicitation W9127N23Q0010 for procurement Schneider Electric MasterPact circuit breakers for delivery to 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All parts shall be genuine MTU parts from an authorized dealer. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02 effective 26 October 2022. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 335313 - Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
