An after-the-fact justification and approval for unusual and compelling urgency was approved on 15 June 2021 and is attached as required by FAR 6.305(b). This Justification is for the site preparation of mobile home units (MHUs) in Blue River, Lane County, Oregon. The period of performance for the contract is 45 calendar days in total, which required performance to begin immediately to meet this schedule. The abstract from the limited competition invitation for bid (W9127N21B0017) is also attached in accordance with FAR 14.403(b).
