The contractor shall provide renewal of the exiting GE Intelligent Platforms GlobalCare Complete software assurance agreement for all Proficy software currently covered under the existing GlobalCare agreements for Mobile, Savannah, Charleston, and Wilmington Districts. During the covered renewal period the contractor shall provide all benefits for the included licenses as described for the “Complete” level of GE Intelligent Platforms.
